April 8th 12:40 am Well I have to say it is officially freezing We have Littler Mav all bundled up with heat Lamps. His legs are cold like Honey Bandits were. The girls did an amazing job of keeping him alive. He actually drank a little bit of milk for the second time tonight. Still has projectile scours Need to get him home to his warm nursery. Other kids have their lil coats on and have been playin so that helped them stay warm for a bit Laying beside Mav n all of a sudden power goes off. Woke up Matt who was sitting/sleeping in the truck and he found the fuse box. Praise God for that. Got the heat lamps going again This place is amazing but wasn't intended for this kind of care (and no we can't move in. - I tried lol). The weather did the same thing here. Nice n warm n then freezing. Perfect weather for pneumonia. Arghh. Please keep us all in your prayers, especially Maverick. Think he is the reason we are here, and please send special prayers for these amazing women who are continuing to save these Yakima babies. It is an endless battle and they are working tirelessly This is why we need a Rolling Foal Hospital. So babies could be inside safe n warm and so could we. Have a really nice and warm sleeping bag. I would be happy as a clam if I was camping. But not so fun worried about the babies. Cold air not good for sick babies. To keep doing stuff like this we need the right equipment. PTL we didn't bring the open trailer. Silly weather thinks it's winter. April 8 6:37 am Update on Maverick. Well we made it through the night. Again comes the frustration of not having the right equipment. He is so cold and chilled in spite of having heat lamps and blankets. Something as simple as being too cold could end up taking him from us We got up and did laps last night and he drank a bit each time. He is extremely critical and we are going hour by hour. Please pray like crazy. He has the will but we need to get him ward up. We are also using hot water bottles and a heater. But he is cold inside but he is a fighter April 8 8:23 am Plea for blankets. It is gonna be necessary for us to get a bunch of blankets in addition to their horse blankets for traveling home. These guys have zero groceries on board to help them stay warm (as far as fat). We are bringing 3 or 4 home depending on how many folks want to step up and commit to helping save their lives. We can't do it alone smile emoticon The vet is coming at 10:30 so we have to figure it out. If anyone wants to sponsor or help please let us know April 8 8:49 am Yeah. The sun is shining at least for now. Last night was one of the scariest and coldest I have ever gone through. 36 n breezy is awesome if u r camping lol but gettin up every hour makes it not so fun especially when the baby is so cold. But it is a new day and he is starting it with us. Hopefully we can spend a little more time with the others. They are about two weeks old and one is 8 days old today. That would total the four we would like to bring back. Will try to get some good pix up soon. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR THESE LITTLE ONES. So heartbreaking for them to even be in this position. April 8 5:26 pm Address for blankets is KidznHorses. 370 Hexon Rd. Selah WA. 98942. We will be here a few more days. And the address for donations via PayPal is [email protected]. Or Chilly Pepper - Miracle Mustang 34694 Sidebottom Rd. Shingletown,CA. 96088 Other items to help with the babies are the usual LOL. Plastic gloves. Mav is going through Baby Wipes like crazy as well as Vaseline. To answer the question of the cost of getting home, we have not yet seen the vet bill but it will be roughly around $200 for fuel and the milk Alone for these 4 babies will be about $800 just for the first month, and does not include meds, munchies hay or bedding. After the first few months costs will go down a bit. We acted on faith and decided to bring home four. Please pray hard for Maverick. His little lungs are struggling. He is on meds but we need a miracle for this little man April 8 11:08 pm My turn with Mav. Two other little ones not feeling so well and one more with scours April 10th 10:39am Update on Maverick. Little man is still touch n go. Some tiny baby steps forward. Some tiny steps backwards. HE AND ALL THE FOALS MEED PRAYERS PLEASE April 10th 9:47 pm Maverick update. He is going bald. Vet checked him out n we did some blood work. She is not concerned about the "ultimate shed" because it is not life threatening. He did have colostrum so that is awesome but has some serious issues with breathing Feeling bad cuz I haven't even intro'd the other kids. Maybe tomorrow??! Been a bit hectic April 11 6:46 pm We are on the return trip home. Please say lots of prayers for a safe trip and some extra prayers for Maverick n Shanny n Princess cuz they are not feeling so well. Losing your mom to a slaughter truck pretty much sucks especially when you are tiny n get roped. Our big boy, who's about 5 weeks old is feeling ok and full of piss n vinegar, which is why he is coming to "No Brats Central" for some manners. He has a Rocky personality and is an amazing little dude. April12th 12:20am Maverick needs your help! He has lost so much hair that he is going to need fleece blankets to lay on. Poor thing looks horrible. But we stopped and he walked around and drank his milk and had a fine few minutes at the rest Rea. Of course it looks like there was some kind of cat fight when you see all the hair on the ground. Unfortunately at this point, like the vet said, his hair loss is the least of our worries. But fleece is the only thing that we can think of that won't scratch that baby skin. Blankies can be sent to Maverick c/o Chilly Pepper - Miracle Mustang 34694 Sidebottom Rd. Shingletown, CA. 96088 or you can go to PayPal at [email protected]. Looks like we r gonna be doing lots of laundry lol April 12 3:23pm Newest orphans - Chilly Pepper Miracle Mustang - Meet SHANNY. She is a total sweetheart and fighting severe pneumonia. We are using the Vibra VM that was donated and it already changed her cough today. She needs lots of prayers........ You can hear wheezing when you listen to her and she is coughing alot. But she is a doll and is taking her meds and fighting to get better. Note the big angel orbs. We definitely had angels with us on this trip to accomplish so much. I want to thank all who stepped up and saved these babies lives after their moms went to auction. YOU ROCK! (The smaller baby is Princess) NEXT NEWEST ORPHAN - at Chilly Pepper - Miracle Mustang - PRINCESS Last, and definitely the one who wants to be the star CHILLY PEPPER - MIRACLE MUSTANG's "other newest mustang"...... FLASH
He is about 1 month old today, and is here to learn manners and no longer be a brat. Love the little dude.

Interested in providing and caring for a foal or two. I was raised in pole bridge montana on a ranch and have a vast experience in caring for and training horses. I currently have three I have foaled and raised myself. They are now 16 years of age. As far as shelter I do have a barn and heat lamps and lights. I realize foals eat every two hours.
