  QUICK UPDATE - Our tractor needs your help asap!
$975 needed for repairs. This is really an emergency for the rescue. The tractor we have is old and held together with rubber bands and duck tape, but she does the job and we use her EVERY DAY to feed and for cleaning the pens. If you would like to help keep our old girl running and get her the parts needed, it would be so appreciated. With so many horses, who are all thriving and happy btw, it is imperative she gets fixed. We need about $975 for the repairs and the labor. * Went to the surgeon on Tuesday, and he is talking about a different surgery which would leave me 3 months in a straight hard cast, and will give me no pain relief whatsoever, but could possibly keep me upright to take care of the animals. Right now I am starting with a different brace, which may or may not be covered by Medicare. Sadly I HAVE to wear the brace, so please say a prayer the new one is covered by Medicare and it keeps me able to "git 'er done". I am trying to get winter hay stocked up, but the silly horses keep eating it. Seriously though, we still need alot more hay than we have now, and I am so grateful for everyone's help in making this happen. You guys rock and it is such a joy to see all the horses doing so well. We have quite a few old timers, and good feed is so important for them to do well this winter.
